Creative Director

The Creative Director is responsible for overseeing all creative output from our agency. This role will ensure our agency strategizes and produces high-quality creative content for clients and oversee the entire creative team, including copywriters, creative ops and production associates.

The Creative Director must be highly imaginative and an effective manager of talent. You must balance the concerns and needs of stakeholders: the partners and owners of the ad agency, their clients, the account executives who work directly with clients, and the clients themselves.

Depending on the campaign, you may be heavily involved in the formation of ideas for copy and production from the very beginning and so may lead collaborative brainstorming sessions between departments to get the creative energy flowing.
