Ad Results Media is now part of Miroma Group, the London-based independent marketing company. Miroma has acquired a majority stake in ARM from Shamrock Capital, which retains a minority position in the business.

ARM keeps its leadership, its offices in New York, Houston, and Los Angeles, and its focus on connecting brands with audiences through creators and audio. What we gain is reach. Miroma spans more than two dozen specialist agencies working with brands including Adidas, Amazon Audible, McDonald’s, Live Nation, and Google, and together we’ll oversee more than $750 million in annual media investment.
