We are thrilled to welcome Imran Ismail to ARM as our first-ever Managing Director – a pivotal addition to our leadership team as we continue to scale and evolve in an increasingly dynamic audio and media landscape.
Imran is a seasoned agency leader, bringing experience from his time at EssenceMediacom, Initiative, and Omnicom Media Group. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Planning and Business Leadership at Crossmedia where he led evidence-based strategies to enhance client engagement and drive measurable outcomes.
With more than 20 years of experience leading complex organizations and partnering with brands to drive measurable growth, Imran brings a powerful mix of strategic insight and creative thinking to ARM. His career spans an impressive and diverse roster of clients, including Sony PlayStation, U.S. Bank, Planet Fitness, Kay Jewelers, Zales, Jared, and Amtrak, consistently delivering high-performing customer acquisition campaigns rooted in impactful brand storytelling.
Over his accomplished career in analytics and measurement, Imran has developed a deep understanding of how data can unlock smarter marketing decisions. This analytical foundation remains core to his leadership style and is especially important to ARM as the audio industry grows more sophisticated and data-rich, with ARM as a leading partner in measurement, attribution, data analytics, and insights.
In his new role, Imran oversees all client-facing operations and is focused on deepening client partnerships and ensuring his team is seamlessly aligned to deliver the measurable impact for brands ARM is known for, as well as pushing towards the next wave of innovation in the audio-first creator space.
With the audio industry rapidly expanding into video and other emerging platforms, Imran’s expertise in cross-channel strategy and measurement uniquely positions ARM to help brands navigate this shift.
Internally, Imran will help sharpen how our media teams work together, building on our strong foundation of cross-functional collaboration and further strengthening the connection between strategy, planning, creative, and measurement.
