Talent Management Specialist


Ad Results Media is seeking a skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will facilitate the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage our organization’s talent pool.  You will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening candidates, forecasting hiring needs and Helps management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies. This individual must be highly motivated, collaborative, detail oriented, and have a high ability to prioritize work in a deadline driven environment.


  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, college/career fairs and outside staffing agencies
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge qualifications, interest, and culture fit
  • Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support and lead the organization
  • Consistently evaluate our recruitment processes to ensure fairness in hiring practices
  • Assist in preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires including the completion of required paperwork
  • Partner with third-party consultants and vendors to achieve priority objectives
  • Meet with hiring managers to have a thorough understanding of hiring needs
  • Support other HR initiatives as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 2-4 years’ work experience in recruiting
  • At least 3 years working in Human Resources
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Previous experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
