Creative Operations Coordinator

Overview

The Creative Operations Coordinator is an operational planning role that assists the Creative Operations Specialist in overseeing the flow of information and assets to and from the creative team, while adhering to quality and creative deadlines.

A successful Coordinator is determined, resourceful, maintains impeccable attention to detail, and is able to prioritize while thriving in a fast paced, team centric environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Creative Ops Specialist to help manage incoming requests, scheduling, and workflow
  • Be a change-leader who will work proactively in partnership with our cross- functional teams to ensure high quality and distinctive work is delivered on time
  • Assist in scheduling of our internal studio
  • Assist in the running of our internal studio including recording sessions and maintenance
  • Oversee and assist with incoming editing requests for produced audio, podcast episodes, etc
  • Provide the Media Teams with weekly updates of confirmations and schedule changes
  • Provide the Creative Ops Specialists with weekly updates of completed editing and trafficking projects
  • Assist in maintaining copy schedules for all Ad Results’ clients, as well as contracted talents and their representatives
  • Traffic all copy to the proper talent and talent representatives
  • Maintain a documented system of copy guidelines and confirmation receipts

Requirements

  • Experience in Adobe Audition or other relative editing software required
  • Strong desire to learn industry best practices and trends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must; you will be communicating with many different teams and clients
  • Knowledge of media production and communication
  • Proficient in administrative and clerical procedures such as word processing, transcription, and managing files and records
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google applications
  • Excellent follow-through
  • Works well under pressure as weekly responsibilities are time sensitive
  • Able to work autonomously or collectively in a high pressure environment
  • Highly organized and able to multitask and pivot quickly based on organization needs
  • Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary creative teams
  • Strong knowledge of creative and production workflows
