Billing Specialist


The Billing Specialist is accountable for matching customer invoices as well as managing invoice related inquiries Our client specializes in scaling ecommerce companies and striving to be different than conventional advertising. They live the concept of putting the “client first” by focusing on fewer clients, with deeper, more successful relationships.


  • Insure sales invoices are accurately coded, matched, and approved within established
  • Handling customer inquiries in professional manner
  • Prepare account reconciliations for assigned accounts
  • Work closely with the Billing Director Sales Department to ensure all sales orders
    are accounted for invoiced accordingly


  • Experience with SMBS/Strata preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to successfully deal with vendor
    questions and resolve issues
  • Excellent employee communication skills; ability to work closely with all departments
  • Good time management skills; ability to meet critical deadlines; attention to detail
  • Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
