Teresa began her career at Microsoft before joining Spotify in its startup phase. As Head of the Global Agency and JBP Team, Teresa built strategic partnerships with the world's most recognizable agencies and brands. As ARM’s CRO, she leads new business
and marketing.

Imran has over 20 years of experience leading complex organizations and helping clients grow through effective brand storytelling and high-performing customer acquisition campaigns. With a background in measurement, he excels at identifying strategic insights for brands. As MD, he oversees all client-facing agency operations.

Mohina began her finance and accounting career in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas companies like General Electric, Baxter and Private Equity backed firms. She joined ARM as Controller in 2021, leveraging her expertise in finance, tax, and M&A to build high-performing teams.

As VP of Analytics, Brendan is focused on building the analytical tools to keep ARM clients on the cutting edge. He brings 15+ years of ads experience between ad-tech and agencies, and his background ranges across analytics, engineering, product, and client services. He is passionate about maximizing the value of data to drive business impact for clients.

Prior to joining ARM as SVP of Media Planning, Craig spent 20+ years in the industry with roles at companies including R3, Publicis, Omnicom, and WPP. He is fascinated by the potential of the evolving audio and creator-based landscape and outcome-based strategies.

Before joining ARM, Andi shaped the finance & reporting function of two high-growth start-ups. With his master’s degree in Finance along with 10 years of experience in the field of accounting, FP&A, he is a leader in designing financial reporting to optimize decision-making. 

Patty has nearly two decades of experience as a strategic agency partner, driving customer acquisition and profitable outcomes for disruptive brands like Dollar Shave Club, Uber, and NortonLifeLock.

Gretchen is a seasoned team and agency leader with experience driving success for Fortune 500 brands across industries like travel, wellness, retail, and more. She is passionate about consumer-first media, audio storytelling, and simplifying Martech and adtech.
