Imran has over 20 years of experience leading complex organizations and helping clients grow through effective brand storytelling and high-performing customer acquisition campaigns. With a background in measurement, he excels at identifying strategic insights for brands. As MD, he oversees all client-facing agency operations.

Mohina began her finance and accounting career in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas companies like General Electric, Baxter and Private Equity backed firms. She joined ARM as Controller in 2021, leveraging her expertise in finance, tax, and M&A to build high-performing teams.

Ceena brings over 15 years of HR experience to ARM. As a trilingual professional in HR, she specializes in processes and initiatives that support the business and operations. Ceena has worked for Fortune 500 companies in the energy, health and high tech sectors. She has had international exposure throughout her career, accompanying management teams and employees through rapid change and growth.

Mike focuses on strengthening ARM’s measurement capabilities and helping clients navigate a rapidly evolving media measurement landscape. With over 20 years of experience as an omnichannel analytics leader, Mike brings deep expertise across the media measurement ecosystem, including analytics strategy, attribution, incrementality and cross-channel performance insights.

Patty has nearly two decades of experience as a strategic agency partner, driving customer acquisition and profitable outcomes for disruptive brands like Dollar Shave Club, Uber, and NortonLifeLock.

Gretchen is a seasoned team and agency leader with experience driving success for Fortune 500 brands across industries like travel, wellness, retail, and more. She is passionate about consumer-first media, audio storytelling, and simplifying Martech and adtech.

As Senior Director of Finance & Strategy, Sam leads FP&A and strategic finance initiatives, driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth across the organization. As a CPA, he brings deep expertise in corporate finance within high-growth environments.
